Cross low tidelands, then loop around the small island with a rich diversity of life in the forests and shoreline environments, and a fascinating tribal history and other stories. Jack Hartt managed Deception Pass State Park for fourteen years and worked with the Swinomish tribe to bring Kiket Island into co-ownership open to the public.
