From downtown Anacortes take WA-20 Spur East, at traffic circle go to Oak Harbor onto WA-20W, at next traffic circle go straight staying on WA-20W, in 4.4 miles turn right onto Rosario Rd. Immediate left onto Bowman Bay Road. Go .3 miles, at stop sign turn left to parking lot at the beach. Watch for WalkFest signs.
