Discover serene Guemes Island Peach Preserve (protected by the San Juan Preservation Trust), Kelly’s Point, Dog Woods (a restoration forest), all conservation gems. Meander along peaceful trails, beaches and country roads, pausing at meditative spots, many celebrating natural features and local artwork. Low tide timing adds perfect beach walk. The scenic round-trip ferry ride makes for a wonderful island escape. Celebrate at the end with beverage at the island store.  Meet your leader-

Meeting Point: Guemes Island Ferry Landing (Anacortes) 500 I Ave. Walk on the ferry. No need for a car; you save $$ by walking on. Park in lot east of the Ferry dock at 6th and K street Anacortes. Purchase walk on ferry pass at ticket window in the ferry office. Leader will meet group at Guemes Island landing
