Find Your Perfect Walk on Fidalgo and nearby islands

Welcome to Anacortes Walk Fest 2026. Bookings are now open.

Check out every route offered during Anacortes Walk Fest. From easy waterfront strolls to challenging forest trails, find the perfect walk for your fitness level, pace and interest. Each one is led by a committed local volunteer ready to share favorite paths or entertaining routes all around beautiful Fidalgo Island.

We offer more than 25 walks at all levels of length, ease and interest.

Most trail outings have 12 spots for walkers. Our downtown trips have room for 16 participants.

The website will help you narrow down choices and pick your walks and events easily. When booking, please note the Walk Rating Guide which identifies walks as easy, moderate or hard. Each walk listing also provides details on walk length, estimated time durations, trailhead location and other key details. All provided to help you make informed choices. Please read the Guide carefully as well as the Terms and Conditions and Payment sections. For the safety of all—including wildlife—dogs are not permitted on Walk Fest walks, except for registered service animals. Booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Walk Fest organizers. This policy is in place due to the limited capacity for each group outing.

We look forward to seeing you May 1-4 2026.
